Its temperature range is wide, adjustable from 50℃ to 300℃, satisfying both low-temperature slow baking and high-temperature fast baking. Its temperature control accuracy is ±5℃, making it highly precise. The control panel is equipped with either a mechanical or electronic temperature controller.
Other Design Features
Our Commercial Chicken Rotisserie Machine uses a double-layered stainless steel shell with insulation material in between, so the surface temperature is very low, and you don't have to worry about getting burned while operating it. There's a heat-resistant tempered glass panel at the front, allowing you to observe the chicken's roasting progress at any time without constantly opening the door, thus preventing the oven temperature from escaping. The electric oven also has built-in overheat protection to prevent circuit problems.
