Technology: This RG-2-3 uses a high-efficiency infrared heating element that can quickly raise the temperature to over 300℃. Crucially, it features an independent temperature control knob. This isn't just a simple on/off switch; it gives you chef-like control. You can precisely adjust the heat output according to the cut of meat, type (chicken, lamb), and desired doneness.
Our Shawarma Vertical Broiler uses a high-quality motor to drive the vertical grill column at a constant and slow speed. This design ensures that every side of the meat column is evenly exposed to the infrared heat source.
Hygiene and cleanliness are paramount. The SYBO Shawarma Vertical Broiler was designed with this in mind. A large-capacity, removable drip tray is located at the bottom of the unit. This barbecue grill has a removable oil collection tray at the bottom, where all the oil and meat scraps that drip during grilling will fall and be collected. This completely prevents oil from dripping onto the heating element, making cleaning super convenient afterwards.
